Rule No. 1- Brain is a Survival Organ
Our Brain is survival organ which is evolved with time and with it our survival techniques and way thinking has also changed too. We are not the most powerful on this world but we are the smartest means Humans are the smartest on this planet and we evolved it whether it is our history or Now means present, Our analyzation of our actions or co operating to other people for staying alive is our survival strategy for the thousands of years because we get help for survival and for increase our population and also if our environment and people near us understand and help in our goal so our productivity and creativity also increases and if people and environment near us don't match to us then our relations and work started ruining and that's the reason why people break before the time.so it means that -
Rule No. 2- Exercise Boost our Brain Power
Brain researchers studied on two types of Populations who live their lifestyles differently.
Group A- Group A has people who daily do exercises, go to gym and make their body fit and healthy and do too many physical activities daily and stay highly active.
Group B - Group B has totally different people, they don't do anything, not gym, not fitness, and any Physical Activity
So our researches founded that Group A has more cognitive response than Group B. By the way our brain is made up for walking 19KM daily, but if we 20 to 30 minutes any physical exercise daily then we can increase our Brain's thinking and doing ability too much because exercise brought blood in our brain and that blood energy with help of Glucose finish toxic chemicals in our brain that makes our brain fresh.
Rule No. 3- Sleep Well , Think Well
By taking a not well sleep it damages our Thinking , Focus or Concentration and Logical thinking by the time and in a study researchers founded that by just taking 36 minutes of sleep nap NASA's pilot increased their performance by 34%, so if you also feel tired and you also want to sleep in afternoon then it is very common. because after Noon at 3PM there is a fight got started in our brain between cells of our brain in which one side all the cells want to stay awake and to work whether one side of cells wants to sleep and take rest. So at that time if it would be possible you musk take sleep or rest. Dr Medina says that our brain does not having rest when we are sleeping, Our brain processing things and works that we did in the day and learning many more but it is very important for us to take good sleep and naps for a productive mind.
Rule No. 4- Stressed brains affect our Learning
Our brain is made up of for fighting against only for 30sec brain stressed and not for a long stress because taking too much stress damages our brain's vessels and due to this it also caused a heart attack. If you are experiencing too stress while in home , classroom, office or anywhere then it will also affect your brain and also affect your success rate. It means if the environment of your home it not good then it will give you trouble in your class, office or anywhere and make your productivity and performance bad and bad because stress damages our brain's cells and our remembering power and thinking power weak. so if you are experiencing stress in your work or education then fix it and don't take your home stress to your classroom and office. People and works which you can not fix you should also don't take their stress.
Rule No. 5- Every Brain is differently Wired
In our schools, teachers taught us that every humans has same brain, but this information is totally wrong. After many researches we found that wiring of every brain is different. We can develop our brain but our brain can't be similar to other brain, even brains can't similar of twins.
